Dental plaque is a deposit of living organisms on the surface of teeth, composed of sugars, acids, and bacteria. It is a substance naturally present in the body and can be removed primarily by brushing. However, poor oral hygiene can cause it to build up into an increasingly stubborn layer.
Traditionally, it’s recommended to have a professional teeth cleaning every six months or a year. But maybe you’re wondering how to clean your teeth without going to the dentist? If you want to learn how to remove tartar naturally, use these tips to create your own home cleaning kit.
